Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (when applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty / hygiene items that have been opened
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we may cover return or replacement costs.

If returning for other approved reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
